Arbitration

In some issues of property dispute there is provision for the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate on the matter or matters in dispute. Such disputes generally arise in relation to commercial property tenancies especially in the area of Rent Review. Cormac Meehan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Arbitration Panels of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute and the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is available for appointment, subject to the terms of the particular Lease. Cormac acts regularly as Arbitrator in the West and North West of Ireland.
