Where did the time go?

It’s hard to believe that the Summer, such as it was, is over. Schools and Colleges have reopened and the torrent of tourists will move to a trickle at the end of October. There is no doubt that the Wild Atlantic Way campaign has served the region very well and we have seen a significant rise in tourists this year. The only bogey has been the strengthening position of the Euro versus the Pound Sterling due to the lack of progress in the Brexit negotiations. Markets do not like uncertainty. That is why we have not seen the same growth and activity in the property sector here as we see in the major urban centres.

Every cloud has a silver lining and in this case it means that property is still very good value for money in the North West. Don’t miss the opportunities this time round. We, as always, are delighted to help you either buying or selling.
